If i activate the sample theme like twentyfifteen / twentyfourteen, it works , but bethem is not , then how can say this this is issue from hosting side.

Anyway, we do not understand your question. Do you want us to fix Internal Server Error? If that's what you mean, then unfortunately there is nothing what we can do. Internal Server Errors are not related with theme but with settings on server side. Telling us that it works with default theme is nothing special because default themes are 200-300KB weight while our theme is over 25MB. It's because of all these features and options. So basically, if for example you have limits on the following variables: upload_max_filesize, max_execution_time, post_max_size, memory_limit and max_input_vars, you may get Internal Server Error. But like we said, this is unrelated to theme and only admin would be able to help.
BTW When we try to open http://pipelinesolutions.ae/new/ the site keeps loading and nothing happen. We are sure about the problem on server side.
