Changing The Mobile Menu Background Color

The mobile menu background color is white, which is a problem as the menu text is white.

The main menu is black with white background. I would be happy if the mobile menu was the same or if the text on the mobile menu was black. I just need to be able to have the mobile menu readable.

#Top_bar a.responsive-menu-toggle i { font-size: 35px !important; }
#Top_bar a.responsive-menu-toggle { border: 1px solid #000 !important; width: 50px !important; }

@guerrerovinacua From what we see, the menu icon does not even load because you set empty space for Button | Text field under Theme options > Responsive > Header section.
