Betheme is giving me a fatal error when I try to install demo

No idea what to do here, I am trying to install the demo data and this is the message i get...

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class WXR_Parser in /home/content/71/10243371/html/elandteam/wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/importer/parsers.php on line 12

what theme version are you trying to install? Did you tried to install theme via FTP?

No I didn't try to install via FTP. The name file was betheme premium wordpress theme or themeforest 77580. Please help I need to get this installed ASAP

Sorry but we do not understand. You are trying to install package which you downloaded from TF? If this is what you are trying to do, then please unpack this package and install betheme.zip file. If this won't help, then please upload theme via FTP. More details about theme installation you can read on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#installation

Sorry but what is useless? We replied above what you should do but you did never replied if you tried to upload theme via FTP or not. We can not be responsible for limits on your server side and that's why we ask for that.

I have the same error as soon as i try to install a demo Content (in my Case IT Service.) The import stops with an fatal error. WP 4.3.1, BeTheme latest Version. all needed Plugins installed.

Yes and No... ;-) The uninstalling of the Plugin helped, but now a new Error occurs:

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /var/www/hosting/xxx/wp-content/themes/betheme/functions/importer/import.php on line 103

This error means that your server is not fully compatible with WordPress. Demo settings can not be imported automatically because your server does not work with wp_remote_get() function which uses loopbacks. In such case, you must import settings manually.

Ok, great. Manual import worked as far as possible. (Except Widget Support, which showed an error)

I just designed the Home Page and get a problem. The Page Option does not show the list of the available sliders. When I enter the value of the slider (itservice) in the mfn-post-slider field, the value is set to 0 after saving the page.

yes, mulitsite. and the same problem occurs with the sidebars... You still have access, if you want to take a look at it.

If you use multisite, please go to Theme options > Global > Advanced section and change Table Prefix option.

Hi there. The setting you mentioned helped to solve the problem with the sliders, but not the sidebars... There are no sidebars selectable (yes, I choosed a sidebar layout ;-) )
