Sections simply disappeared

Hi,

I was just editing along happily and then suddenly I noticed that one of my sections wasn't showing the padding correctly. I also noticed that a text section beside an image displayed a whole bunch of error code about parameters. I refreshed the screen and then I noticed that 2 of my sections below the weird section had been completely erased, gone. poof.

Now I cannot make any new sections below the section that initially went crazy.

I'm confused and of course sad. But mostly just need to untangle this. Your quick help will be appreciated. I'm happy to create a login for you...

Hi,

if you are unable to save more items on page, the problem must be related with limits on server side. More details about that you can read on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/7689/muffin-builder-items-or-page-options-can-not-be-saved-max-input-vars

Did you see the error code on my page? It says this. Does this look like the problem you describe?

I just had that value set to 10,000 by GoDaddy and the error is still there. I've cleared my browsing cache and logged out of my site.

Got any ideas...Your help is greatly appreciated!!!

Hi just hoping you saw my last comment which says this problem isn't resolved. The max input has been set to 10,000 and the problem continues with the error.

Please send us private message then with dashboard access and also please include the link to file with phpinfo() so we can check if that value is set to 10,000.

http://snag.gy/bjlsd.jpg - this is the screenshot of your settings. Does it look like 10,000 or maybe 1,000? So just as we thought, your admin did not increased that variable and this is the reason why you are unable to save page options.

P.S. In previous message, we gave you link to topic where we explained how to send private messages.

I saw that too. The tech support person at GoDaddy said that the local number was the actual number, and it's set to 10,000. I will contact them again before bothering you to check.

Okay GoDaddy confirms that the local number is the number to refer to and it is set to 10,000. I will send a private message with my login info.

The Local value is nothing. Master value should be set to 10,000. Otherwise, saving pages with large amount of content will not be possible.
