White space

I cant figure out how to reduce the white space between rows??

I have searched the webs and can see all the advice on padding etc but thats not it as that just increases space.

I have ultimate add ons installed as well.

This happen because you use Visual Composer and that`s also the reason why we do not recommend to use this plugin. Instead we recommend to use our Muffin Builder where you won`t met any similar problems. But if you really want VC, then use below css for that page:

.wpb_wrapper > div { margin-bottom: 0 !important; }
