Betheme checkout issue when authorize.net gateway activated.

First, I tested with Twenty Sixteen theme and it works perfect.

When I activate Authorize.net CIM Gateway the 'Ship to a different address" does not collapse regardless if the checkbox is checked or not. \

Also, the radio buttons to switch between credit card and bank draft do not work.

SSL is on, everything is current version, I am not using a child theme.

One other problem...

The main menu on the checkout page also disappears. (All of the problems occur on the checkout page)

As soon as I disable the Authorize.net CIM Gateway plugin everything works, except the gateway of course.

I am using WooCommerce.

Thank you...Problem was in my functions.php of my child-theme. I had added a 'defer parsing' script which caused all of the issues. Once i deleted it everything worked fine. Thanks for the fast response and great products.
