Major Problems with Theme

Hi

Now I keep running problems with the theme. Not only do I not have access to the Theme Options (I've created another discussion earlier today about this), other items are popping up. It's frustrating that I have been at this for the past 5 hours, uninstalling and reinstalling. This time, it is a new Database, new upload of WP files, new upload of Be Theme files. Here are the issues I'm running into:

1. Visual Composer is conflicting with Muffin Builder on Page Edits- there are no further options ie: Layout, Options, SEO, Custom CSS

2. With Visual Composer active: Plugins are conflicting with Muffin Builder on Page Edits - either there is nothing under Page Options or I get this error: Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 30932992) (tried to allocate 14307 bytes) in /homepages/43/d336223050/htdocs/Vooka/wp-includes/functions.php on line340

3. Visual Composer doesn't load at all when I click on Edit with Visual Composer

Originally issues 1 & 2 was Revolution Slider rather than Visual Composer - but I've updated the server to PHP 5.6 which fixed the Revolution Slider problem but not Visual Composer - should I upgrade it to PHP 7? I'm still having issues of not be able to access Be Theme Options.

Above issues are from the Full documentation and files download from Envato Market. I have a few more different kinds of issues when I download just the Wordpress files....

I've changed the php memory limit to 256M since 128M did nothing.. but it still doesn't work. is there anything else that I'm missing? here's the php info http://www.vookarestaurant.com/info.php

Well, I sorta solved it. Seems like everytime I solve an issue, and new issue arise. I added the max_input_vars = 3000. I clicked Save Changes in the BeTheme Options as well which loaded up all the options.

Here are a few things problems that came up:

1. By clicking on that button first, it clears any customization there are to the demo layout (such as rounded corners, colours)

2. When making changes to the customization, I must click on the Save Changes button at the bottom of the customization section. By clicking on the button at the top overrides any changes I have made.

3. After saving my changes, Options page is empty again, and I must click on Save changes button at the top again to load customization options.

4. Sometimes the Save Changes top button can change everything and I have to redo the work.

So the question is, is this for sure a server php memory limit thing? Because I have wasted 2 days figuring out what is wrong on my end, to find out that your theme is no longer compatible with my server - but I've already paid for the theme - twice - to meet licensing requirements. Now I need to pay more for my server in order to make your theme work which absolutely does not make sense to me when you have advertised that your theme is easy to use.

Hi,

1. Can you give us more details about what you mean? Because we do not understand your thoughts about this one.

2. "Out of memory" fatal error is related with limits on your server side. For that you supposed to contact with your admin.

3. Not sure what is happening here but this may be related with nor enough memory as well.

Please notice that this theme has been tested by thousand of people and such "conflicts" like you said, are not related with theme. If you experience that kind of issues, it means you did not upload files properly (you supposed to remove all files and import them all thru FTP only) or you got them because of the limits on server side. Of course our theme is very easy to use but we can not be responsible for poor servers with many different limits. This should be sorted by your admin, not us.
