Chrome Display Bug

Hi, I've noticed in chrome my display is bugged.  I've turned off all my extensions and plugins and get the following display:

The menu items become unaligned at chrome resolution 90%, but fine at 80 or 100%, I'm on 1920 screen.

The buttons disappear if my screen's width goes beyond 960px breakpoint.  This problem does not occur in the new internet explorer, I have everything up to date.  Seems like responsive code needs a little cleaning.
