Hi,

I want to achieve:

"3 Products" instead of "slides" - in the Mobile Version.
"Menu" to be full width just under logo - in the Mobile Version.

Please let me know if that can be achieved.

we are sorry but both things requires files customization what is not included unfortunately. With custom css it won't be possible.

In mobile devices, you have completely different theme active. This may be related with settings on server side only. Probably there is kind of rule under .htaccess file responsible for that behave or something similar. In this case, you should contact with your website developer or admin because there is nothing what we can do on our side as this problem is completely not related with theme.

Hi! Thought I'd let you know that my site host (Siteground) "sort of" figured out that the problem was with turning on the "Under Construction" in the theme. I still have a problem with the mobile site not appearing with BeTheme, although with the correction, now if you click on "view full site" you can at least get to the site and see it as it should be. Any advice? Thanks, and happy New Year!

Like we wrote above, this problem is not related with theme at all. It all on your server side. As a proof, you can switch to default WP theme and you will see the same behave.
