Hi,

1. It's not possible to remove link but leave the text

2. Please go to Theme Options > Translate > Blog > at and insert blank space instead of at

3. Months can not be manualy translated, it is built-in WordPress function. But you can change date format in Settings > General > Date Format

4. Please go to Theme Options > Custom CSS and paste below code:

.single-portfolio .breadcrumbs, .single-portfolio .category {
    display: none !important;
}

5. For new pages you can only randomize loves count in Theme Options > Portfolio
