FAQ numbers not showing up

Hello, I noticed that when I added the FAQ shorcode, the numbers on the left don't show up. Also, the icon on the right isn't showing up either.

Hi,
did you tried to use our Muffin Builder instead? Because looks like something is wrong with your VC. If it works with Muffin Builder, then you can try to deactivate all extra plugins and try VC once again.

this is happening for me as well. I just installed VC 4.9.2 that came bundled with the theme
