Theme customization deletes ?

I installed Be Theme SEO demo. I customize my pages, insert my logo, etc. Out of nowhere, it resets to Be Theme default colors and menu, removes logo. This has happened at least 5 times now. Then I have to go in and change everything again. I change the fonts, the color scheme and the header. Please advise and fix this bug as soon as possible.

Hi,

we are 100% sure that theme does not have such bug. If settings has been removed, they were because of what you did on your side. Or maybe something wrong just happened on server side. We have hundreds of sites and we did never noticed anything like this. Also, everything works fine for thousands of other people what means that this can not be theme.

What could have I possibly done? Could it be an interaction with a plugin? Because when I went to look at the site again, additions and changes I had made to the menu were not done. What could it be? Why would a theme continue to reset? Weird.

Like we wrote above, this is not because of the theme. This may happen because of one of your plugins or just something is wrong with your server. This has NOTHING TO THEME at all.
