Load more button/pagination not working

Website here: http://chirobeacon.com, scroll down to blog (or click blog in menu)
"Load more" button (currently disabled) shows the same 4 blog posts over and over when clicked. Pagination doesn't work at all.
I've looked through the forum and I've seen a bunch of posts with this problem and they all mention to NOT use jquery filter with the Load more button/pagination. But filtering is turned off. Not sure what else to do. See attachment.
When I go to the actual blog page (http://chirobeacon.com/index.php/blog/) everything works fine.
Any ideas?
