Creative Right Menu option error

I have been working on my site for months using the Creative Right menu without issue. Today, the menu has switched to the LEFT side and opens to the left (so it is completely out of sight). I check the BeTheme Options and the Creative Right Menu is selected.

I am using version 11.3 of the BeTheme and Wordpress 4.4.1. I tried installing the theme on a subfolder and am getting the exact same results. HELP ASAP. Thanks!

I have also already tried to deactivate plugins, as well as to reinstall the theme, and it still does not work.

Ok, we found where the problem is. This is our mistake. When Responsive mode is OFF, Creative header on the right, does not work unfortunately. We are going to fix it with next update.
