Have an overlay for mobile view

Current, I realized that the mobile version for the header is a black color background. It doesn't overlay.

Is it possible to have semi-transparent or transparent mobile header and it overlays the background image as shown?

Ok. You can do this with the following css then:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .header-split #Top_bar {
        position: absolute;
        background: none !important;
        top: 0 !important;
    }
}

Wow thanks. That's a lot of CSS code to write! Just last one, if I want it semi-transparent can it be done for background?

Then instead of none for background, you can try RGBA color, like: rgba(255,255,255,0.5)
