Menu Colors Issue

Hi there - my menu looks like this when you first come to the page (a light blue active color with gray text for the other pages):

& as soon as I scroll down the page, then all text is a white color:

How can I change the text colors in the first screenshot? (the light blue "active" color & the gray color on all the other pages)

This is how pre-defined colors for pre-defined blue skin looks like. And because you have pre-defined skin active, you won't be able to change colors under theme options because custom colors works only with custom skin. In such case, you can change their color with css only:

#Top_bar .menu > li:not(.current-menu-item) > a span:not(.description) { color: #FFF !important; }
