All individual settings are gone...

Hi, I have a problem with my Website… I did no updates or anything and at once all my individual settings are gone… I see the normal betheme header, and the header of my „Ice Cream“ layout disappear, the fonts changed, the footer is not the same… What happened?

Is there any automatical update plugin I don't know? How could that be. The Providerbackups didn't change anything.

no, we do not use any automatic updates to avoid such issues. Please send us link to page where you lost all settings so we can have a look on it.

I use the layout „http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/icecream/“ and did some changes of colors, backgrounds and positions. I write my custom css in the betheme options custom css. This file is empty now.

I saw on the server over FTP that on 07.01.16 would be changes in some files… I wasn't online on that day.

Ok. We did checked your site and we did not found anything wrong. There is no problems related with theme. You must look for a problem somewhere else (plugins, server) because it's weird that files has been changed themselves with no reason. We guarantee that we do not use any auto updates.

All individual settings are gone...
