If you can not update theme, you need to contact with your admin and ask him why these files doesn't want to load because there is nothing wrong on theme side what we can fix or change.

yes, we can give you solution. You must update theme to recent version because files responsible for styles, like http://cms.digital-position.fr/wp-content/themes/betheme/style.php?ver=4.6 does not work.
