In reference to table, please take a look at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/3853/adding-a-table-block where we explained how to create tables. In reference to Content Link, it's raw shortcode and is located under []+ button which is included into WP's default editor.

How exactly? You want to put content links in header instead of main menu and use it for one page? Is that what you mean?
