Can Creative Header Layout be placed within the boxed width?

Hello,
Is there a way to pick a boxed theme layout and then have header layout (I'd need Creative Header one, with Menu on the left) within it? When I select it, Menu is all the way to the left (like in the demos).
I am trying to achieve something similar to This.
