Mousewheel could not work on homepage

I found that my mousewheel could not work on the home page, but work smoothly on the other page. Is anything I set wrong?

Hi,

we did checked above site and mousewheel of course works on your side. If it does not work on your side, try to deactivate all extra plugins first but if this won't help, turn of Nice Scroll under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section.

Thank you for your help. I think the reason is Nice Scroll. While I turned it off, the site scrolled well.

I found the plugin DV team (http://www.wp4life.com/?product=dvteam_wp) is not compatible with Nice Scroll function.
