Yes, I know this option, but the question is actually about the possibility to leave the fixed video images as with "center no-repeat fixed" OR video background, for a similar result with this only possible with pictures: http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/firm/

Yes, you can set such fixed position but for background video in section only. On Be|Firm, there is one image per whole site so it's something different what can not be done with video.

Hi

i have a similar problem or perhaps the same?

i try to fixed a video in background. if i try it with a picture and use "center no-repeat fixed" it works, the picture is fixed and the hole page scrolls over it. but if i use a video with the same settings, the video is not fixed and scrolls with the hole page. what can i do, to fix it?

You cannot do that with a video, it has diffrent rules than a image. If you want the parallax video background use revolution slider. Make the slider full width without margins.
