Revolution slider error

Hi I have a big problem with revolution slider, as after the penultimate update did not work any more this afternoon at 15 (Italian time) I have an appointment with the customer! ... Looking at the net I saw that it is a problem you can give me the theme .. a hand to solve?

if the problem is with Revolution Slider plugin, please update plugin files thru FTP.

Removing all files and upload them again must help. If not, means that the problem is maybe with default wp files, maybe with other plugin or just maybe with your server.

I tried to remove and reload it but still does not work ...

the plugin was giving me a problem with max_upload_post_size (which I did to increase my provider) but continues to give me problems, what do you recommend I check? trying to do and look at the console does not give me the opportunity to go see and resolve the problem ...

We are sorry but we have nothing else what we may suggest except change your hosting provider. If you did everything what we suggested and your server is properly configured, it should work.

Guys ... I have solved the problem in a plugin that was included and was using jquery .. I made the relevant changes and I solved the problem .. now everything works wonderfully!

I'm having a similar issue regarding javascript errors in Slider Revolution. I de-activated all other plugins and still getting them. Running latest BeTheme and Slider Revolution. Tried deactivating, deleting and re-installing but no luck.

JS errors don't show up on main SR screen. They show up on Slider Settings but do not affect functionality. They show up on Slider Editor and prevent most actions from working.

This was not an issue on earlier versions of BeTheme and have only shown up since updating to 15.x.x and 16.x.x versions.

Hi @burlingtonpress,

because you faced with such weird issue, which we believe has nothing to do with the theme itself, we recommend the following steps:

1. Please go to your FTP account where theme is, remove whole theme/plugins/WordPress files and then upload the latest version thru FTP as well. Please make sure that all the files were copied correctly.

2. Remove all 3rd party plugins (including cache of course).

3. Make sure, there is no additional cache stuff of server side.

Hope these steps would help you a lot.

I've done all of this. I also switched to Twenty Seventeen theme and all of my JS errors went away.

OK, after spending A LOT of time on this, it turns out that there is a conflict with something in my child theme functions. It was not an issue with previous BeTheme versions, but it's conflicting with something since v15. Obviously this is a customization issue on my end but thank you for your time.
