Change color css

Hi People,

I have installed the Interactive dummy and now i want to change the offer box but i can't find the css file in wordpres.. Could somebody help me?

When i use inspector in chrome i can find and change but not in wordpress?

all items/shortcodes are located under functions/theme-shortcodes.php file.

Hi, i would like change the background color of it and i can't find it in the php file. the div has named .offer_box
