I would like to move the sliding show up

Hello,

I would like to know how can I move the sliding show up. I don't know why there is a space from top bar to the sliding show. Here is the link: www.tajikkarate.com/www2016 and here is the image:

That's what I want ( http://pasteboard.co/1ha78mRj.png) but I tried in different browsers, all of them has a big gap from menu to the welcome to tajik karate Academy. Could you please try it in different browsers. Please advise!
