Hi,

1. How exactly you want to decrease footer?

2. To add circle backgrounds for social icons in footer, you need to use extra css:

#Footer .footer_copy .social li {
    background: #000 !important;
    border-radius: 50px !important;
    height: 70px !important;
    line-height: 85px !important;
    width: 70px !important;
}

I want the whole footer to resized to about 70% of the normal size.
