is it allowed to install the "extreme demo" just the way it is and use it for my webpage but with different content?

what i meant is: if i bought the license to use the BE theme, do i have the right to use the demos and customize them to my individual liking with pictures and text?

Hi,

Yes, you can re-create the same demo but please remember that for 3 of 4 slides on this demo, we bought the images so if you want to use them legally, you should buy them as well. Below we are giving you paths to images:
