what shortcodes exactly and where does not work? Can you present on screenshot what you mean? Also, please provide the link to page where you have a problem.

when is use the <h2>text sample</h2> in collum module when i save and update and update the page saw the text like this> text sample normal

in back says h2 but show the text like paragraph not change size and bolded

Why you use such outdated html tags? You supposed to use something like instead:

<span style="font-size: 20px; color: #000 !important;">text inside</span>

Sorry but we don't get what you want to fix exactly as there is nothing to be fixed. From what you presented above, we do not see anything wrong except your outdated html code.

The problem is that im returned from other theme and the shortcodes like h1 h2 h3 not working how to clenup from my database sql the older theme settings shortcodes? (onetouch - crumina) ?

Sorry but we don't know how you can remove them. You need to contact with theme's author and ask him.
