Spontaneous Reset to Defaults

Hello

The website has reset all costumed settings to defaults, this is the second time this happens the same way (without pressing the button).

We didn't touch the site that last time neither this time.

The logo was replaced by the Be Theme logo, colours, fonts, many settings are gone.

Why did this happen? We were not even doing anything on the website when this happened.

I hope you can help me because being the 2nd time, this is very frustrating!

Hi,

we are using the same theme since many years and settings did never reset themselves. What we may suggest is to contact with your admin and get it back from the time when everything was fine. However, we got in plans to remove this "Reset to defaults" button so we hope this won't happen never again.

Are all these custom setting inside a file that I could upload from my local installation instead of setting up each thing from the dashboard?

We do not have any file where all these settings might be. All settings are stored in database only.
