Padding at top of the page

Hi there my test site: http://www.wises.youmediatest2.co.uk/contact/ seems to have padding at the top of the menu on all pages? It's the black strip,

How can I remove this?

Yes, now it works. Previously wasn't working.

The padding you refer to, is an Action Bar and can be removed under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section.
