Replacing categorie dropdown menu by text categorie

Hello

I've a question. I want to replace the dropdown menu by text categorie. We think that it's better visual with text. To give an example

Hi,

for our demo, we just used Portfolio item and under Theme options > Global > General section, we set SIMPLE style because this is how navigation looks like when is set to simple.
