Links to anchors in one page website

I have three areas on my page for which I have set up a menu using the custom link to anchors that I've set for the rows:
  1. About
  2. Locations
  3. Latest News

However when I select Latest News although it goes to the correct area/row on the page the menu is saying that it is at the Locations point (the row above). The About and Locations links work just fine.

Any ideas why?
