On the page where I am using Revolution Slider, I cannot scroll the page with clicking and dragging the page scrollbar. Is this a Revolution Slider bug?
We did checked your site but this completely does not look like a BeTheme Anyway, please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.

Try changing the scroll plugin in theme options>addons&plugins>addons.
