On iPad cant' see Google Fonts

Can't see google fonts on ios devices. In revolution slider too.

For correct load i should enter it in settings of revslider?

It's not problem for slider only. Check please any text under. Only Safari can see font. http://pasteboard.co/1Wn3ilTJ.png Here is my font settigns

Take a look on your subset and tell us what for is comma after latin? This is the reason why fonts does not work properly.
