Contact form suddenly stopped working out of nowhere..

Hi I have 2 contact forms on my website and they both suddenly stopped working. I don't know why. I think it happened when contact form 7 updated. This really needs to be handled or you guys need to allow another contact form plugin to work for your theme this has been a constant battle to get this working. Please help!

    can you explain what exactly does not work? We did checked this plugin on our side and all is fine.

    No, it does not work fine. I have tried from multiple computers too. Whenever I test the form an error message shows up every time.. "Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method."

    The whole form doesn't work... I don't know what it is, it was working fine for a few months until you had updated your theme. This is something out of my control.

    I also don't get notified that by email either, so I am potentially losing signups

    As you see above, you need to contact with your admin because the problem is not related with theme. The problem is on server's side.

    My admin? I am the admin on the account! That isn't what that sentence is saying. It is basically saying that you need to contact the company in another way. 

    I have had so many issues with this theme and the contact form this is absolutely not the server as I have already contacted them and they have already informed me that the mail server and web server are functioning properly. I also have other email hosted there and everything else is working fine. This is a problem with the Contact for 7 or the Theme. Even if it is Contact for 7 and not BeTheme directly you guys are responsible to make this work as you don't allow any different form to be used on your Theme.

    Please run a test to find out what the probelm is as it is on your end. This form was working and stopped suddenly. I have not changed anything.

    Wow, really? Sorry but we can not agree with you unfortunately. We did tested form on our end (on 3 different servers) and all works fine. So please do not blame our theme because what you are saying is not true. You can switch to default WP theme and you will see that form won't work as well. And we will repeat it once again - it's SERVER ISSUE.
