  Hi,
  
  you can remove it under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section where the following css is:

  #Footer .footer_copy { border: 0; background: url(http://new.percipium.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/home_translator_footer_bg.jpg) no-repeat center center; }
