Sticky Header Logo Does Not Change Back to Normal Logo on Refresh

Hi,

Having an issue with my Sticky Header Logo. The logo switches from the Normal to the Sticky logo properly when I first visit the page and scroll down, but if I refresh the page while the Sticky Header is Active, then scroll back up to show the Normal menu header, the Sticky Header Logo appears instead of the Normal logo.

Can you please help me fix this. I had originally used just a Logo and Retina Logo, then I tried by also adding a different logo specifically for Sticky Header, but the problem still occurs.
