My menu is jumping! If you looked on the desktop version from normal header to sticky header and back again. What is the solution for this problem?

Your menu is jumping because of your customization. Please notice that we do not have any impact on it as you did many customization on your own. Now, you need to contact with developer who is responsible for this.

Is it possible to make a menu bar full width in another color? And how can i do that!

Sorry but with your current header style, it's not possible. If this would be default theme header, then with some of them it's possible.
