Hi,

I can't seem to find the option to open subitems in the creative always open left menu. Where can i change this?

I have a menu with subitems, but they won't show up. I'm using the creative always open vertical menu. (ex. the menu @ http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/retouch/)

Where can i set the options to show subitems?

Our demo, does not have any sub-menu items and that's why they do not display. If you want to display sub-menu items, you need to set them under Appearance > Menus section. More details about menu you can read on https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide

I understand your demo doesn't have subitems. Yet our site does - yet they don't show, hence i asked where to find the options for it.

Or should they show automatically?

They supposed to display automatically on hover if you set them properly. If you set them in accordance to above description, please send us link to page where they do not work.

Mmz, so i see, I've added a test subpage and it does seem to work fine within the import of the democontent.

Is a submenu always opening to the side, or is there a way to have a vertical dropdown?

Thanks for the link. We did checked your site and sub-menu works fine as we see. This is how sub-menu supposed to work.

If you want to open menu similar to Pages item on our main demo, then you need to configure Mega Menu instead. All details about creating mega menu, you can read on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#menu
