Can't find CSS for subheader border...where is it?

I've been trying to find the default subheader below border CSS using Chrome developer tools, but still can't find the css yet... (the border between content and sidebar was pretty easy to find compared to subheader border...)

Could you tell me what part of css I should look for?

But this subheader, does not have any border, just shadow image in the bottom. If that's what you want to remove, you need to use extra css:

#Subheader::after { background: none !important; }
