Adjust Layout for Blog

Hello,

Is there a way to adjust the broad layout of the blog. Right now it appears that every blog post goes fullscreen and the words go from one side of the page to the other. is there a way to build in a white margin on each side of the post so that they post is more centered and not as wide on the screen?

Is there anyway I can solve this problem? Can the code be adjusted?

It is quite important to us to be able to adjust margins as it makes it much easier to read.

This requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer.
