Website broke

Everything was working great until today. I added in another row of speakers at the bottom and then everything went downhill from there. I can't add backgrounds to rows anymore (the current very bottom row is supposed to be #53acce, which it wa before I added the row. Then I tried to redo rows but adding new rows and not copying. They don't save and stay. They delete themselves. Can you help

So when I add another row anywhere on the site, it deletes the last row. Is there a setting on how many rows we can have?

Contacted bluehost...they won't go over 3000 on the limit. Is there anything I can do within the page to make it smaller to work?

Wow, really? That must be really limited hosting then. We suggest to change host then because until this variable won't be increased, you will not be able to save page options or Muffin Builder elements.

they said the only way to go up was to get a VPS plan, which is more than what my client wants to spend at the moment. He has multiple domains under that server as well so moving will be an issue. I guess my only other choices is to change themes correct?

If you don't want to change hosting, then probably you need to change theme because we do not have any other workaround. BTW 3000 value is definitely not enough because your client, won't be even to use any Mega Menu plugin like UberMenu because this value is not enough even for the plugin.
