Making the header height smaller

Hi, is it possible to edit the header height throughout the website. My website is http://www.stablehorses.co.uk/

you can do this with the following css:

body:not(.template-slider) #Header { min-height: 200px !important; }

I am trying to do the same thing, but it is adding an area under the header for me: http://hebron.selectlineup.com

@cdeloach Your header is already small enough and it's not possible to make it smaller.
