Muffin builder don't load completly

Hi team,

I have a site in italian and french using WPML. In admin, if I open the french home page everything is fine, but when I try to pen the italian version page stop before the "layout" section and I can't edit the page.

Hi, yes I'm sorry ! The problem is on admin actually.

This is the french home page that is OK:

Ok, we think that we know where the problem might be. It could be related with limits on server side (especially max_input_vars variable). We suggest to check Appearance > System Status section where all server details listed are. All details about it you can read on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/7689/muffin-builder-items-or-page-options-can-not-be-saved-max-input-vars

Hi, my max_input_var is 5000, where I have to add the line php_value max_input_vars 10000 on htaccess ? Anywhere in the file is good ?

5000 sounds good but we can not guarantee that it would be enough in your case as different server is different. This value can be increased by your admin only so you need to contact with him. However, if this won't help, please ask him to increase the following variables as well: upload_max_filesize, max_execution_time, post_max_size and memory_limit
