How to change Color of the little menu item?

I dont know hot it is called the icon to click in responsive mode where the menu items are.

I checked very color setting in preferences there is - no luck!

Can one say hot that thing is called and how its color could be changed?

This is responsive icon. You can change it's color with custom css only:

#Top_bar a.responsive-menu-toggle { color: #000 !important; }
