Issue with theme positioning on checkout pages

I've never encountered this, but please check the screenshot. The link is not clickable and where it asks to click to enter the coupon code should be at the bottom.

  • Hi,

please send us link to page where you got this problem so we can have a look on it first.
  • Did you not check the screenshot?????? Do the links get removed when i post a comment????? I'm not usnderstanding why this continues to be an issue with your staff and not properly addressing questions.

  • Yes, we saw the screenshot but we asked for the link to page where this happens. From the screenshot we can see that your header looks like a transparent header type but to get more information about it, we need to get the LINK TO THIS PAGE. Otherwise, it's only transparent header and there is obviously nothing wrong as this is the whole sense of being transparent. All we can recommend without seeing this page is use another header type because looks like what you need is definitely not TRANSPARENT header type.

BTW Maybe we are not so smart as you, so can you tell us how can we address what is happening without having the link to page?
  • Ive tried to fix this myself. There is an issue with the way the store pages are being positioned. Hardly none of the links are clickable. In order to get to the checkout pages you're going to have to go through the checkout process.

THe coupon link in the above screen shot is not clickable. If I want to delete a product once in the checkout page, none of the links are clickable. And the alignment is off.

here is the product. But again you have to add to cart and see the pages. Below are screen shots.

And this is after the Proceed to checkout

  • We still did not get the link to page/s that concerns above screenshots. Like we wrote few times already, without link we have no idea about your issue. Without link to your site, our suggestion is only one - stop using transparent header and use different header type instead because like we wrote above, this is the whole sense of being transparent. Or if you want to keep transparent but move the content down on above pages, we need links to these pages so we can have a look on it first.
  • Ok my apologies. I thought I supplied the link. I want to keep the transparent header. Or is there a way to just get rid of the transparent header on store pages?

    Its on the checkout pages

  • Never mind I figured it out. I just created a custom layout for store pages. If anyone else has this problem, just create a separate layout for your store pages.

Layouts for store pages can be edited more so than other themes Ive used. Which is a nice feature. Was a bit confusing at first but I think I've figured out.
  • Great, we are glad to see that you sorted it yourself! :)
