  Do you have any example on other site how this supposed to look like? Because we are not sure what you exactly want to do. As we see you use "Image" item instead of video inside Muffin Builder so we are not sure what you want to get.

  Ok, we have checked it and as we see, prettyPhoto is not compatible with those kind of links. PrettyPhoto took just video id without any values and that`s why it is not possible to load video with the time you want.
