Sub Menu text overflow

Look at the picture below I'm having a problem with the sub menu text is overflowing out of the column. How can I adjust this?

Hi,
some of your words in sub-menu are too long and that's text overflow out of the box. What you need to do is increase it's width with the following css:
#Top_bar .menu li ul li { width: 230px !important; }

Also one more thing I'm trying to make the Get in touch wider I had looked through all css and can't find it. Can you help txs
