remove links to portfolio

I'm using the short code to insert portalio on different pages, but I want to remove the links that lead to detail.

To change link for image you need to modify theme files but we do not offer this kind of modifications because this usually makes problems in the future. Also after modifications in files you are not able to make theme updates.
