[FIXED] Tags not working

Hello Muffingroup-Team,

We recently build an internal site for our company with BeTheme.

We wanted to make an archive for information with a blog page.

After we have finished this project we realized that the tags (tag sites, tag cloud) are not working anymore.

But for our project it is very important that we can filter our articles by tags.

We already tried to disable all plugins and reinstall Wordpress,
but the only thing that helped was to change to a standard Wordpress theme.

- Problem occurring in all browers
- Wordpress V.4.4.2
- BeTheme V.10.6

Do you have any idea what we can do to get our tags working again ?
